How fast is my diagnostic graded?
Reading and Listening are scored immediately. Writing and Speaking are graded by an instructor, so it can take a little longer — check your dashboard for status.
Do I have to buy the study plan?
No. If your diagnostic score already meets your program's pass threshold, you're done — no study plan required.
How do I confirm a payment?
Pay via the method shown at checkout, then submit your transaction reference. An admin confirms it against the record, usually the same day.
I have an account — can I still get help here?
Yes. Log in and open a support ticket from your dashboard for a tracked reply from an instructor, or reach us directly using the options above.
